BBVA and Televisa successfully close the refinancing of its senior unsecured credit facility and its revolving credit facility.

Televisa successfully closed the refinancing of its credit facility in two tranches, a MXN10 billion senior unsecured credit facility and a USD 500 million revolving credit facility, both with an approved 5-year term. BBVA Mexico participated as Administrative Agent, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Arranger.

Televisa is a telecommunications company that owns and operates Izzi, a cable company, as well as SKY, a satellite pay television system and broadband provider that operates in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Central America. Televisa holds government concessions that authorize it to broadcast television programming.
