BBVA Mexico acted as Sole Lead Arranger & Bookrunner in a syndicated loan to Grupo Cadena. The funds will be used to refinance a portfolio of 49 industrial buildings, located mostly in the north of the country. A portion of the proceeds will also be used for the development of new industrial buildings, as well as for corporate uses, further expanding Grupo Cadena's reach in the sector.
