OPI, successfully closes a revolving credit facility for MXN1.6 billion

 

BBVA México has participated in a revolving credit facility financing for a total amount of Ps. 1,600 million with Organización de Proyectos de Infraestructura, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (OPI) .This facility is part of a financial structure designed support the issuance of Stand By Letters of Credit (SBLCs), which will partially replace the Debt Service Reserve Account of Concesionaria de Circuito Exterior Mexiquense (Conmex). The proceeds of the Letters of Credit will be repaid with available funds from the revolving credit facility.

 

OPI is the controlling entity of Conmex, concessionaire and operator of the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, a toll road system covering 155 kilometers, of which 110 kilometers are already in operation. In addition, 7 new kilometers have been developed linking the road with the newly revamped Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), with a term that extends until 2063. OPI is a subsidiary of Aleatica, S.A.B. de C.V.
