BBVA participates as Sole Bookrunner & Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in a Syndicated Loan for Engen Capital
BBVA Mexico participated as Administrative Agent and Structuring Bank in a Syndicated Loan to Engen Capital in Private Securitization format for an amount of up to MXN1.0 billion. The Credit Facility consists of a first revolving tranche of up to 36 months, which will subsequently be converted into a Full-Turbo amortizing loan with a legal payment term of 36 additional months.
The proceeds of the Credit will be used to acquire collection rights during the life of the revolving tranche and to create reserve accounts and cover expenses and costs related to the financing.

Engen has more than 30 years of experience in the field, attending to clients in food, construction, energy, healthcare, and telecommunications, among other industries.
