The Hotel Impression Moxché and Secrets Moxché, property of MM Desarrollos, closed a Syndicated Loan for USD 325million

BBVA Mexico participated as Structuring Bank, Agent Bank and Lead Arranger, as well as Hedge Coordinator, in a Syndicated Loan to the Hotel Impression Moxché and Secrets Moxché property of  MM Desarrollos, for a total amount of USD325 million, BBVA contributed USD85 million to this significant financing transaction.

This loan, with a 7-year term, will be used to refinance the hotels’ current debt, as well as for corporate purposes.

The Secrets & Impression by Secrets trademarks are part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection.

Secrets Moxché and Impression Moxché are two recently opened Hyatt flagship hotels in the Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo. The Moxché resort has 683 luxury suites (485 at Secrets Moxché and 198 at Impression Moxché), 14 restaurants, 11 pools and 3 rooftops.
