BBVA México co-leads MXN3.5 billion Secured Syndicated Loan for Lottus Education

BBVA Mexico congratulates Lottus Education on the successful closure of a syndicated loan MXN3.5 billion, which consists of three tranches:

• A 5-year loan for MXN2.6 billion, the proceeds of which will be used to roll over bank debt

• The second tranche consists of a 2-year revolving credit for MXN300 million, intended for general corporate purposes, and finally,

• A 5-year loan for MXN600 million, which will be used to finance the institution’s growth plans.
