BBVA México participates in a syndicated loan of USD145 million for Grupo Fultra

BBVA México is pleased to announce the successful closure of a new syndicated loan to Grupo Fultra totaling up to USD145 million.

Fultra is a Mexican company located in Monterrey, NL, which offers automotive transport solutions in North America, serving customers in more than 68 locations and with more than 3,000 employees.

BBVA acted as Joint Bookrunner in this deal, and thanks Grupo Fultra for entrusting our institution with the execution of this important transaction, thus confirming our interest in assisting the company in financing the investments necessary to pursue its plans for growth.
